FANTASTIC Family Stay!

The playroom for the children was GREAT!!! The voucher for bedtime milk and cookies felt thoughtful. I also loved the swimming pool. It was a fantastic option. It was not too busy, even on a Saturday.
I found that the parking could be a bit limited at times.

i stayed at the hotel with my family, and it was very family friendly! the pool was great and provided a fun activity. my toddler enjoyed the playroom, it had a safe play area. the hotel's proximity to paultons park was a big bonus for our peppa pig world visit.
I had some issues with the front of house staff. They seemed unfriendly. it was disappointing because other staff members provided excellent service.

Our standard room featured comfortable beds, and the room was very clean, which i always appreciate when traveling with children. There was also ample space for all of our luggage and toddler toys.

The hotel includes a lovely pool enjoyed by my children. The playroom was also a massive hit because it offered a safe space for kids to play. the on-site parking was convenient and made arrivals easier.

i found the upgrade to a superior room especially thoughtful considering many children were present that day. i also enjoyed the opportunity to swim. the dark area by the coffee station could benefit from additional light, similar to the wardrobe light. the staff ensured my stay was comfortable.
the sign indicating no food or drinks in the kids' play area was small, so some guests ignored it.

the room was a Standard room and it was VERY clean. i slept well, the bed was comfortable. the breakfast had a wide choice and the staff were friendly.
